I had a pleasant, budget-friendly stay at The Seminyak Village Resort. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to popular restaurants, though the hotel shows signs of age. The room was simple and clean, with very helpful staff, but the breakfast was quite basic. Overall, it was a good value for a short trip.

My room was simple and clean, with a king-sized bed and an outdoor shower. It was perfect for a short stay, and I appreciated the amenities included.
Service

The staff were very helpful, especially when I requested a DVD player and an airport transfer. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.
Location

The resort's location was fantastic, just behind Ultimo and close to many restaurants in the Seminyak area.
Dining

Breakfast was pretty basic with toast, eggs, fruit, and drinks, but the option to order dinner from the restaurant was a treat.

The pool area was great, although the hotel itself could use some updates. The access to amenities like a private pool would be preferred for a more luxurious experience.

My stay at The Seminyak Village Resort had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the family room was spacious and budget-friendly, and I truly appreciated the tranquility of the pool area. However, I encountered some frustrating service issues, like inconsistent room cleaning and a lack of basic amenities that left me feeling disappointed.

Rooms
5.0
The family room was quite spacious and perfect for my needs, but there were several inconsistencies in service with items like towels and drinking water missing. I did enjoy the large bathroom and the outdoor shower, which added a nice touch.
Service
5.0
While I appreciated the friendly staff, I felt that the service was poorly trained. I often found missing items in my room after cleaning, and breakfast was quite chaotic if I didn't get there early.
Location
6.0
The location is great, close to Seminyak’s busy area, which I loved for dining and shopping. However, it's a bit far from the beach, which was a downside for me.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience could definitely use improvement. I found the restaurant and pool bar almost deserted, with limited drink options available, which didn't meet my expectations.
Facilities

The pool area was lovely and a great spot to relax, but I noticed some broken tiles that could pose a safety risk. Overall, the facilities felt a bit neglected but still offered a peaceful environment.

During my stay, I enjoyed the spacious villa with a private pool, which was a major plus. The location was super convenient, close to all the shops and Eat Street. However, I did face some issues like inconsistent service and the hotel showing its age. Overall, it was an affordable option, but it could use some updates.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a 2-bedroom private villa with a large private pool, which was fantastic and super private. The outdoor kitchen and living room were great features, and I loved having the separate bathrooms.
Service
5.0
The staff weren't always attentive, and I had to go to reception to get towels because housekeeping didn't leave any. Not the best experience with service overall.
Location

The resort is super close to Eat Street and all the shops, making it really convenient for exploring Seminyak. Getting to the beach was a short taxi ride away.
Dining

Breakfast was pretty average, but ordering dinner to the villa was great, and the food was excellent. The restaurant's food was inconsistent though.
Facilities

The pool was large and refreshing after a long day out. However, the main pool was older and a bit crowded.

My stay at The Seminyak Village Resort was a mix of good and challenging experiences. while the staff were lovely and offered friendly service, the room had some significant issues. The location is quiet but felt a bit disconnected from the lively Seminyak scene. In terms of value, I found the pricing to be on the higher side given the overall condition of the hotel.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious but felt outdated. the lack of hot water and low pressure in the shower was frustrating. The bathroom was large, but the toilet needed maintenance.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be incredibly warm and helpful. their attitude made the stay more enjoyable despite the room's setbacks.
Location

The hotel is in a quiet area, which has its pros and cons. while it offers peace, it's not ideal for easy access to the beach or the vibrant local scene.
Dining

Dining options left much to be desired. aside from a decent Nasi Goreng, I found the food overall to be quite lacking.
Facilities

Facilities felt basic. internet was only available outdoors and was weak, which made it hard to stay connected.

My stay at The Seminyak Village Resort was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to lively spots, but the overall condition of the villa left a lot to be desired. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was a definite plus, but the room cleanliness and amenities fell short of expectations.

Rooms
5.0
The room was surprisingly spacious with a massive king-sized bed, making for a comfortable stay. However, the bathroom had some cleanliness issues, and the air conditioning unit was old and noisy.
Service
7.0
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making the experience better despite the room's drawbacks.
Location
8.0
The resort is in a great spot, close to the beach and bustling Seminyak area, so it felt like I was in the heart of the action.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had decent options, including Nasi Goreng, but it tended to be served cold. I wish there were more local dining options nearby.
Facilities
6.0
The private pool was a nice touch, but the overall facilities could use an upgrade. Wi-Fi only worked outdoors, which was inconvenient.
